Short Bio
I was born and raised in Greece. I graduated with a B.Sc. from the Military Academy as an Army Officer. I was stationed in the Presidential Guard where I held the Information Systems office for most of my 9 years career in the Armed Forces.
I graduated with an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus in Athens. I was awarded a scholarship for graduating 2nd in my class.
I moved to the US to pursue my doctoral studies in Computer Science. I joined Illinois Institute of Technology in August 2013 and graduated in May 2019.
I like to spend my free time at the gym, playing basketball, composing music with my guitar and doing photography.
